Oregon legalizes psychedelic mushrooms
Measure 109 vote passes with 56% of voters saying "Yes"
---------------------------
A "yes" vote supports authorizing the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to create a program to permit licensed service providers to administer psilocybin-producing mushroom and fungi products to individuals 21 years of age or older.
A "no" vote opposes the creation of a psilocybin program, thus maintaining the state prohibition against the possession, manufacturing, and consumption of psilocybin.

Psilocybin therapy 4 times more effective than antidepressants, study finds
A new study is presenting the first published data from preliminary human trials investigating the effect of psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy to treat major depressive disorder (MDD). Psychedelic Club (Main)
Who We Are
Psychedelic Club is a network of chapters dedicated to increasing mainstream acceptance of psychedelics. Founded on the idea of cognitive liberty, we believe a personal interest in psychedelics is legitimate, healthy, and socially acceptable.
We facilitate societal change and fight stigma on the grassroots level by organizing above ground, welcoming everyone, and sharing honestly. A red pen to the cultural narrative, public, and non-exclusive, Psychedelic Club provides an accessible way to directly participate in the psychedelic renaissance.
OUR MISSION
To increase mainstream cultural awareness and acceptance of psychedelics
We are here to promote open and honest psychedelic expression and reduce the stigma, shame, and fear associated with such expression.

Psychedelic Club of UCSB
Psychedelic Club of San Mateo
Founded in the San Francisco Bay Area and nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, we are dedicated to educating our community about psychedelics. Founded on October 4th, 2019 and officially incorporated on February 28th, 2020, we are located in San Mateo, California. With recent decriminalization of entheogenic plants and fungi in Oakland and Santa Cruz, our hope is that the rest of California, and the world, will follow suit.
Our aim is to educate the public about these substances so that they may make more informed decisions concerning psychedelic plants and fungi. We also believe in giving back, that is why we give charitable contributions to local businesses, other nonprofits, and communities in need. We are a chapter of Psychedelic Club and, like all chapters, joining our club is free. Go to our website at https://www.psychedelicsanmateo.com/ for more information about our chapter. Thank you!
